Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Dental Gear. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during major public holidays. We will notify customers of any expected delays via email.
Some Big orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments and arrive separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
2. Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@dentalgear.co with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days United States & Canada: 4–8 business days Europe: 6–12 business days Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or courier delays outside our control.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime using our dedicated tracking page:

5. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking page first. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Dental Gear is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered to the correct address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
7. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Dental Gear is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional reshipping charges.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are not covered by Dental Gear.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.
