1. What products do you sell?
We specialise in professional dentistry products, including surgical instruments, diagnostic tools, torque implant drivers, and general dental hygiene items intended for licensed dental professionals.
2. Can I buy your products if I’m not a dentist?
Our products are designed for use by licensed dental professionals. Some items are professional or surgical instruments and are not suitable for consumer or home use.
3. How long does shipping take?
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe, United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
All shipping is free worldwide. Please note these are estimated times and can be affected by customs or courier delays.
4. Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. These are not included in the shipping costs.
5. What is your return policy?

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product at info@dentalgear.co. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled with a full refund.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
We only exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us for assistance.
