Refund Policy

At Dental Gear, we proudly offer a 30-day Refund, giving you a generous window of 30 days to initiate a return request. Please take a moment to review our refund policy for full details.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging with all components included.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sterile items, surgical instruments, or custom/clearance items due to hygiene and safety regulations—unless the item is faulty or damaged.
2. Order Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped and you cancel or request a refund, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.
3. Return Process & Fees
If your return request is approved:
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees.
A minimum restocking fee of £10 GBP applies, which may range from 10% to 25% of the order value depending on the item.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be dispatched to our warehouse in the United Kingdom for processing.
4. Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, please:
Take several clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery.
Email these photos and a description of the damage to info@dentalgear.co.
5. Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@dentalgear.co.
6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees on Returns
Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items internationally.
If your return package is held or delayed in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover any additional costs.
We are not responsible for collecting packages stuck in customs or paying any associated fees.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be added to your Dental Gear account, and you will receive a coupon for the purchase amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
8. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@dentalgear.co for instructions. Returns that do not comply with our guidelines may be refused.
