Quick Setup Guide: Wireless Intraoral Camera M83

Before you start

Fully charge the camera and turn it on.The camera creates its own Wi-Fi signal.Your phone, tablet, or Windows computer must connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi before opening the app or software.The camera Wi-Fi may show “No Internet.” This is normal. Stay connected to it.

Windows computer

  1. Confirm your Windows computer supports 5 GHz Wi-Fi. If it does not, use a compatible USB Wi-Fi adapter.
  2. Download and install the Windows camera software from the supplied download guide.
  3. Turn on the camera.
  4. Click the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom-right of Windows.
  5. Connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the camera.
  6. Open the camera software.
  7. If needed, select Config, choose English, save, and return to the home screen.
  8. Click Enter to connect to the camera and open the live image.

If the software says “No Device”: the computer is not connected to the camera’s Wi-Fi, the camera is switched off, or the battery needs charging.

Android phone or tablet

  1. Download the official Android camera app from the supplied Google Play link or QR code.
  2. Turn on the camera.
  3. Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings.
  4. Connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the camera.
  5. Open the camera app and access the live image.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Download the official iOS camera app from the supplied App Store link or QR code.
  2. Turn on the camera.
  3. Open Settings > Wi‑Fi.
  4. Connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the camera.
  5. Open the camera app and access the live image.

Important

  • Windows software is for Windows computers only.
  • Android and iOS apps are for phones and tablets only.
  • There is no separate customer account required to use the camera.
  • Connect to the camera Wi-Fi first, then open the app or Windows software.
